Gabriela Muñoz Associate Attorney | San Francisco

Born and raised in Mexico City, Gabriela obtained her J.D. at Universidad Panamericana. Subsequently, she received a Magister Artis In law, Economics, and Public Policy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and attended various seminars in Law and Economics at Harvard Law School.
For over 10 years while in Mexico, Gabriela was a dedicated Tax Court Commissioner, while teaching “Law and Economics” at her alma mater “Law and Economics”.
Since moving to the United States in 2015, Gabriela has represented the Latin community’s needs. Her passion is to achieve the recognition of damages and pursue fair compensation for injured people.
In 2024, she was recognized as Marin Trial Attorney of the Year based on the success in the first silica trial: Reyes Gonzalez v. Aaroha Radiant Marble & Granite Slabs, et al.
Gabriela is an active member of various bar associations, including CAOC, and she is serving in the Judicial Endorsements Committee of the Unity Bar in San Luis Obispo County. Gabriela also enjoys coaching and mentoring young students at Arroyo Grande High School for the California Mock Trial.
She likes to do outdoor activities like biking and hiking. Never one to back down from a challenge, Gabriela shares a common goal with her husband to become a certified diver.
