Breanna Khorrami Martinez Associate Trial Attorney

Breanna Martinez is a Trial Attorney at Dolan Law Firm’s San Francisco office, where she focuses on high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death litigation. She has litigated hundreds of cases spanning employment, sexual abuse, civil rights, and medical malpractice, and has helped secure numerous six- and seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients. Known for her strategic advocacy and tenacious approach, Breanna combines rigorous litigation skills with a deeply client-centered practice, guiding individuals and families through complex and often life-altering matters.
Breanna has been recognized for her professional excellence with selection to Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2023–2026) and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2025 and 2026). She is also actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Board of Governors for the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA) and maintaining active membership in the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Breanna’s passion for advocacy began well before her legal career. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles, where she was deeply engaged in public interest work. During her academic career, she interned with organizations including the Feminist Majority Foundation, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Neighborhood Legal Services, and AIDS Project Los Angeles. At Loyola, she served as President of the ACLU chapter, Vice President of the Consumer Law Society, and contributed as a staff member to the International and Comparative Law Review.
